This Notice applies only to TaskAnna. It does not cover third-party websites or services you might access via links inside the Service.

TaskAnna does not independently verify the accuracy of personal data you provide; you are responsible for ensuring it is correct and up to date.

EuroAFF.com S.à r.l. (hereinafter "the Company," "We," or "Us"), a legal entity duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, registered at 21 Rue du Puits Romain, 8070 Bertrange, Luxembourg, with Registration Number B280385.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Voice-Driven Event, Task, and Note Creation

We process your spoken or typed commands—along with basic context such as dates, times, and participants—to automatically generate calendar events, to-do tasks, and concise meeting notes. No behavioural profiling or goal-based recommendations are produced; the data is used solely to create the specific items you request.

Behavior Pattern Analysis to Improve User Experience

Collected data is analyzed to identify patterns in Service usage to customize functionality according to individual User needs and preferences.

Subscription Plan Adaptation

We analyze data about feature usage, frequency, and intensity of interactions with the Service to propose the most appropriate subscription plan that best suits Users' needs and goals.

Statistical and Research Activities

We analyze data to generate statistical reports and study trends on the Service, helping us better understand User needs and make informed decisions to improve the Service.

Accounting, Reporting, Assessment, and Internal Audit

  • Contact information: email address, name, preferred language, time-zone — collected directly from you or via Google / Apple sign-in.

  • Registration data: OAuth ID, profile photo, social-login metadata — supplied by the identity provider you choose.

  • Voice & audio data: short voice snippets and live transcripts used to create events, tasks, and notes (recordings deleted after processing unless you opt to save) — captured when you press the mic.

  • Calendar & event data: titles, dates, times, participants, meeting links, reminders — entered by you or imported from connected calendars.

  • Task / note content: task titles, due dates, note text you dictate or type — provided directly in-app.

  • Device & technical data: IP address, device ID, OS version, crash logs, feature-usage stats — collected automatically via cookies, SDK telemetry, and log files.

  • Usage analytics: screens visited, buttons tapped, voice-command length, item-creation time — gathered by in-app analytics and Site cookies.

  • Marketing & communication prefs: newsletter opt-in status, push-alert settings, preferred language — set by you in settings or inferred from email interactions.

  • Integration data: tokens and scopes for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, etc., plus any metadata those services return (e.g., contact list, meeting URL) — supplied by their APIs when you connect them.

  • Other identifiers: files or attachments you upload (e.g., agenda PDFs) or share via third-party cloud links.

You can refuse to share certain data, but key features (voice commands, calendar syncing, push alerts) may not work. Keep your credentials safe, and contact support@taskanna.app if you suspect unauthorised access. If you share someone else’s data (e.g., adding meeting guests), ensure you have their permission. We also generate anonymised aggregate stats (e.g., average event-creation time) to improve app performance. Any third-party data we receive is handled under this Notice, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or privacy practices of those third parties.

6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS

In order to respect the privacy of minors, we do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data provided through the Service by individuals under the age of 18.

If you are a parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal data, you may contact us using the contact details provided below to request its deletion.

As of the date this Notice comes into effect, we have no actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" personal data of individuals under the age of 18.

7. COOKIE USAGE NOTICE

Our Site uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that contains a small amount of information, sent to your web browser and stored on your device. These files contain information that allows the Site to remember important details, making the use of the Site more efficient and beneficial for Consumers. In accordance with the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024, the Company must take additional security measures to protect personal data transferred outside Australia. If a data breach occurs, affected Australian Consumers will be notified without undue delay, and the breach will be reported to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by law.
